Vintage Notes
The grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA of Monterey County, where high winds and bay fog create one of the longest growing seasons in the world, ideal for cool-climate grapes. The long growing season allows the grapes a longer maturation time and development of true varietal characteristics. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and chilled before fermentation was complete, allowing the wine to retain a small amount of residual sugar.

Highly Recommended
"Pale light bright straw green color. Delicate, tropical aromas of mango, pineapple, and lime custard with a supple, soft, fruity medium body and a tingling, interesting, breezy peach cream and spiced green apple finish with fine fruit tannins and no oak. A solid, easy drinking off-dry riesling that is sure to please."
